We take all the technical and organizational actions that are necessary to ensure the protection of the data againts accidental deletion (destruction), unauthorized use or modification. Access to data managed in our IT systems is only possible through an appropriate authorization system and only for our staff.
With the above we ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot access, disclose, transmit, modify or delete the managed data.
We do not pass your personal data for those who do not have the right to access them and we transmit them to third parties only if you have given your prior consent. An exception to this is the case when the transfer of data is required by law, this way we forward the data of the content of the financial documents (such as contracts or services) related to the fulfillment of the services to the National Tax and Customs Administration, and in case of a possible official investigation, for the request of the acting organization (e.g. police, office of public prosecutions, court, etc.) we are obliged to provide the data required.
