The following ones of the data necessary to identify customers, to maintain contact with them,  to verify the legality of the contract, and of the data required for the issue of invoices and other financial documents:

  • name (customer or contact person, authorized representative's name),
  • address (registered office, billing, postal address),

Duration of data management

The preservation period of the financial documents related to the fulfillment of the service (e.g. invoices) is up to 8 years in order to ensure the tax self-control. After that we delete or discard and destroy the documents.

You can also request your data to be corrected at any time, for example if you notice that you have entered them incorrectly or that we recorded them incorrectly or incompletely.

Data transmission:
We transmit the financial documents related to the fulfillment of the service (invoices) to our contracted partner providing accounting services for the purpose of data processing, the content of which is transmitted to the National Tax and Customs Administration in order to fulfill a legal obligation.

Who can know the data?
Only our staff is authorized to know the personal information provided during the order. The content of the financial documents (invoices) related to the fulfillment of the service can be accessed also by our contracted partner involved in the data processing and by the administrative organizations acting on the basis of legal regulations (e.g. the National Tax and Customs Administration) as well.

Security of data management

 

We take all the technical and organizational actions that are necessary to ensure the protection of the data againts accidental deletion (destruction), unauthorized use or modification. Access to data managed in our IT systems is only possible through an appropriate authorization system and only for our staff.

With the above we ensure that unauthorized individuals cannot access, disclose, transmit, modify or delete the managed data.

 

Transmission of data

 

We do not pass your personal data for those who do not have the right to access them and we transmit them to third parties only if you have given your prior consent. An exception to this is the case when the transfer of data is required by law, this way we forward the data of the  content of the financial documents (such as contracts or services) related to the fulfillment of the services to the National Tax and Customs Administration, and in case of a possible official investigation, for the request of the acting organization (e.g. police, office of public prosecutions, court, etc.) we are obliged to provide the data required. Please note that in such case your separate consent is not required as it is our task defined by law.

 

Review and availability of the Privacy Policy

 

We reserve the right to revise this prospectus as necessary which may be justified by changes of the relevant legislation or our data management activities and the technology used for it.
